Tank lining
Tank coatings
A hot spray finish protects most tanks against corrosion, chemicals from the environment and almost all weather conditions.
Long-lasting protection is achieved assuming the correct surface treatment, base material conditions, product choice, layer thickness and application method. Thanks to the fast processing and reaction times, the Prokol polyurea coatings are generally an ideal finish for tanks.
Tank Lining
The Prokol liners with a polyurea coating base are resistant to many chemical products and industrial liquids. The advantages gained as a result of the application method and the product's properties make this secondary lining the ideal solution for a storage tank overhaul. The short period of time in which the tank cannot be used is an added bonus.

In all cases, the use of a hot spray product as tank cladding must meet strict guidelines. In some cases, if insufficient information is available, a practical load test will also be carried out in order to determine the suitability of the product.
Polyurea Joint Sealants
Prokol delivers joint sealants with a polyurea base. These quick-drying sealants are resistant to chemicals.
