The final quality of the system is closely related to how it is applied. As a manufacturer of hotspray systems, it is in Prokol Polymers & Compounds' interest that this technique is applied correctly. In order to achieve this, a concept has been developed where the entire project is carried out according to strict guidelines. We present this quality concept under the name ProLiner Hotspray Systems.

The ProLiner concept is the result of 25 years of experience with various hotspray techniques and other coating techniques. For our customers, the ProLiner concept simply means "choosing quality". By choosing a ProLiner Hotspray Dealer, all the parties involved can be assured that the work will be carried out with the utmost care, from the preliminary investigation to the final realization.

The ProLiner concept consists of a number of components.

1. On-site advice and investigation
Suitable advice that is customized to meet the requirements and to overcome any problems that may be encountered. A technical advisor visits the site of the project with the objective of carrying out an investigation and to assess the feasibility. If a suitable solution can be offered, a detailed report and a quotation will be drawn up in cooperation with Prokol. If you contacted a Prokol advisor directly, then you can request a quotation from one or more companies from the partner list based on the detailed report.

2. Laboratory investigation
Depending on the application, a practical investigation in a laboratory may be desirable. This may be important in order to determine whether a hotspray system is suitable for a certain chemical stress or application.

3. Complete systems
In order for quality to be guaranteed, it is important that the correct products are used. Therefore, Prokol only produces and supplies complete systems, so that it is not dependent on products supplied by third parties. A ProLiner Hotspray Partner, therefore, only applies complete ProLiner systems.

4. An assured guarantee
If desired, it is possible to include projects that are carried out according to the ProLiner concept in an assured guarantee. Read more under "Assured guarantee".
